THE SPARKLE® PAPER TOWELS BLOG

Over the years, we’ve collected some of the best crafts with paper towels, paper towel tricks, clever cleaning tips, easy recipe ideas and more in one convenient place. Just a little something to brighten your life while helping you save time, money and effort. Ready to start exploring?

Kids Cooking Lesson: Peanut Butter Balls

Since we’re all spending more time at home as families, now is a good time to teach your kids some basic household skills—like cooking and preparing snacks.

Today I am excited to bring you another post in the kids cooking series that my daughter and I are doing. We made one of our FAVORITE recipes and have another printable visual recipe for you, too! This time we made peanut butter balls. These are made nearly every week in our house. They are the perfect afternoon snack for kids or grownups because they are packed with good-for-you ingredients. Plus, get into the Back to School spirit with the fun BTS Sparkle Paper Towel print from Dollar General!
We love cooking in our house and my kids are all eager to learn to make many of our favorite recipes. I love it when they know how to cook, but let’s face it, kids are definitely not the cleanest cooks in the kitchen. We are working on cleaning up skills, and paper towels are my favorite tool.

I stopped by Dollar General to stock up on their paper goods. They have great deals on Sparkle Paper Towels (they have the cutest prints on their paper towels). You can stock up on the BTS Sparkle 3 Huge Roll paper towels in-store by location category “BTS Set,” or purchase online.

You can find Angel Soft 9 Mega Lavender Roll toilet paper in-store by location category “Value Pack Set,” or online. Find Sparkle 8 Big Roll paper towels in-store by location category “Uboat,” or online, and also find some of my other favorite Georgia Pacific products for a great value. They have great prices and it’s the perfect place to stock up before school starts again.

This summer, Dollar General is celebrating its 25th anniversary of learning by donating to the Dollar General Literacy Foundation. This foundation has provided more than $146 million in grants to literacy organizations because they believe that we all deserve access to basic education.
